Organizations evolve continuously.
Every weekday, our analysts process more than 5,000 executive movements worldwide. While we continuously monitor public sources and verify important changes directly with executives, members remain one of our most valuable sources of information.
1. Spotted something incorrect?
If you notice:
- a missing executive,
- an incorrect job title,
- a reporting-line issue,
- an outdated company name,
- a missing subsidiary,
please let us know.
You have three easy options:
Option 1 — Update the Org Chart
The fastest approach is to update the information directly on the Org Chart.
Your proposed change will only be visible to you until it has been reviewed.
Our industry analyst and moderator will verify the information before publication.
Option 2 — Use "Anything Missing?"
Every Org Chart includes an "Anything Missing?" button.
Describe the issue and it will be sent directly to the industry analyst responsible for that company.
Most requests receive an answer by email within 24 to 48 hours.
Option 3 — Email Us
Our team will investigate and reply as quickly as possible.
2. How we review contributions
Every contribution is reviewed before publication.
Our analysts may use:
- company websites,
- press releases,
- public filings,
- executive confirmation,
- historical organizational records.
Contributor identities and contact details remain confidential.
3. Why contributions matter
Most corrections are accurate.
They come from:
- executives,
- executive assistants,
- HR teams,
- communications teams,
- investor relations teams,
- vendors,
- customers,
- members,
- visitors.
Together, these contributions provide an additional layer of quality control and help keep Org Charts accurate and current.
